What happens before the appointment?

Can a grooming session be changed during the visit?
04If your pet shows significant stress, pain, aggression, breathing difficulty, or another welfare concern, we may pause, adjust, shorten, or stop the session.
Will you keep the requested coat length?
05We can discuss the practical scope after assessing the coat and handling needs. Severe matting may require a shorter finish to avoid unnecessary discomfort.
